Real estate staging involves neutralizing, depersonalizing, and de-cluttering each
space inside and outside of the home. The staging process should not stop there.
Your furniture and accessories are repositioned to entice potential buyers to
envision themselves living in the space. It has been my experience that staging is
not about what you have; it is about where you have it. Staging draws attention to
the home’s best features and creates a backdrop where buyers can envision
themselves living, creating memories and making their dreams come true.

Many of us are familiar with department stores that “merchandise” their storefronts and display shelves. Why do department stores go to so much trouble
“dressing up” their store fronts and displays? Because those displays translate into money for the store! We, the shopper, are drawn into the display
because of the colors, textures and placement of the products that are used to create scenes that are so beautiful and captivating. Once the decision has
been made to sell a home, that home becomes a product and must be “merchandised” and treated as such. This is where we come in!
